Breast Support
Last week my friend Cathy and I accompanied our mutual friend Joan for the last miles of the Dublin City Marathon. Waiting for Joan we whiled away the time observing the passing runners/walkers. Women and men in all shapes, sizes and ages took on the marathon challenge. Raising vast amounts for personal favorite charities or simply challenging themselves.
Personally I don’t do running. Too much jiggling about of body parts and the prospect of gravity taking a hold faster than time. We did however see lots of women running or jogging and I have to say that the majority and I’m talking 90% plus of them were wearing unsuitable clothing, or bras to be more specific.
I don’t need to spell it out for you but if you are a woman reading this ask yourself this question. Would you like to look smarter, slimmer, more comfortable and if so when was the last time you had your bra size measured? If you are one of the 80% of women wearing the wrong size bra then your clothes no matter how beautiful will NOT look good and chances you have sore shoulders, wire digging into you and a bad back to boot.
Bra fitting is free and in Marks and Spencer you don’t even need to take your clothes off. For the price of a meal out (for one!) you can buy one decent new bra. Ok you need more than one but hey Rome wasn’t built in a day and if you hand wash it each evening it will last for ages. So that’s my rant over with. Phew, glad that’s off my chest!!
